If you listed a cell phone number in your application or provide an updated cell phone number, then you authorize Opportunity Financial, LLC (“OppLoans”), individually, and on behalf of FinWise Bank, and our affiliates, agents, assigns and service providers to call (including sending SMS text messages) using automatic telephone dialing systems, automatic texting systems and artificial or prerecorded messages to your cell phone number to provide account information and services regarding your FinWise Bank OppLoans credit product. OppLoans, individually and on behalf of FinWise Bank, may contact you regarding your account including to assist you with completion of your application, notify you of transaction approval, provide payment reminders, and conduct collection efforts. You agree to notify OppLoans immediately if you change your number or transfer your phone to another person. You understand text messages may be seen by anyone with access to your phone. Accordingly, you should take steps to safeguard your phone and your text messages if you want them to remain private. If you do not want to receive calls and/or SMS text messages, you can unsubscribe by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling a customer service representative at (855) 408-5000 specifying your preference. To stop text messages, you can also simply reply “STOP” to any text message we may send you.

By continuing with the application process, you understand and agree that you are authorizing FinWise Bank, member FDIC, and OppLoans to each obtain consumer reports and related information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as Clarity, Decision Logic, and MicroBilt.
You also authorize FinWise Bank and OppLoans to verify information in your application for credit, and you agree that FinWise Bank and/or OppLoans may contact third parties to verify any such information. You direct FinWise Bank and/or OppLoans to use your consumer reports to authenticate your identity, to make credit decisions, and for other related purposes.
You expressly authorize FinWise Bank and/or OppLoans to obtain consumer reports from consumer reporting agencies about you when you apply for credit and periodically throughout the term of your credit product, including in the month following the month when you pay off or otherwise satisfy the terms of your credit product. You expressly authorize FinWise Bank and/or OppLoans to use the information that we obtain from such reports to, among other things, market refinancings and other products to you, make decisions related to the servicing and collection of your account, measure how the credit product you obtained from FinWise Bankthrough OppLoans impacts your credit, perform other statistical analysis, and share information with you about your credit profile.
You also authorize FinWise Bank and/or OppLoans to use obtained consumer reports to determine your eligibility for any other products that they may offer or that you may apply for within 30 days after your initial application date and initial consumer report pull.
The bank verification step provided through the OppLoans application is intended to verify your authority and access to external financial accounts, confirm your ability to access such accounts, and verify your financial information as part of the application process (“Bank Verification”). Your use of Bank Verification is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Proceeding with Bank Verification constitutes your assent to and acceptance of these terms and conditions. You may verify your bank account by using one (1) of the methods set forth below:
Bank Account Verification (“BV”): It may be possible to verify your bank account quickly and securely through the automated BV process. If you choose to proceed with the BV process, we will ask you to provide your online banking information to third-party BV processing partners (“Processing Partners”). By choosing BV to process and verify your banking information, you authorize OppLoans to access secure, read-only reports of your banking data (“BV Reports”) from the Processing Partners as necessary to complete your credit application and verify your eligibility for the financial products offered through the OppLoans website. OppLoans and its lending partners do not store your user ID, password, or any other online banking credentials. Please note that this service is currently only available during the application process through the OppLoans website. If you are unable to complete the BV process or choose to not utilize BV option, you may be required to verify your bank account using the Standard Bank Account Verification method set forth below which may cause delays in the completion of your application.
Standard Bank Account Verification: If you are unable to use the BV system or choose to not utilize the BV option, in order to complete your application, you will be required to securely upload bank documentation via the OppLoans customer portal for your loan application. Failure to provide the required documentation will cause your application to be delayed and remain incomplete.
