Michael Flynn

Michael Flynn, J.D., is a professor of law at the Nova Southeastern University College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Flynn was the chief of the consumer protection division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office. Flynn is the director of the NSU Consumer Law Clinic and presents at conferences and seminars on consumer protection law. Flynn currently serves as the chair of the Broward County Florida Consumer Protection Board.
