The words “we, “us, and “our” refer to us along with our agents, with whom we have contracted to facilitate payments to your Account(s). The words “you” and “your” mean you, the individual identified on the account(s) you have with us (“Account”). As used in this Email Disclosure, (“Email Notifications”) means any email communication from us to you pertaining to your Account, including, but not limited to, account or payment information, promotions, due date reminders, delinquent accounts, coupons and other marketing materials.

You consent to the use of your personal information to provide the services you have requested, including services that display customized content and advertising. To opt out of this service reply UNSUBSCRIBE to the email message you have received. Data obtained from you in connection with this email service may include your name, address, email address, your providers name, your IP address, the date & time, and content of your messages. Opportunity Financial, LLC is not liable for any delays in the receipt of any email messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Email message services are provided on an AS IS basis.

I agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, cost and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your provision of an email address that is not your own or your violation of applicable federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance. Your obligation under this paragraph shall survive termination of any agreements you may have with us.

SMS Disclosures and Terms:

This Short Message Service (“SMS”) Disclosure (“SMS Disclosure”) applies to each account you have with us for which you have elected to receive SMS Notifications. The words “we, “us, and “our” refer to us along with our agents, with whom we have contracted to facilitate payments to your Account(s). The words “you” and “your” mean you, the individual identified on the account(s) you have with us (“Account”). As used in this Disclosure, (“SMS Notifications”) means any SMS (text message) communication from us to you pertaining to your Account, including, but not limited to, account or payment information, promotions, due date reminders, delinquent accounts, coupons and other marketing materials.

You consent to the use of your personal information to provide the services you have requested, including services that display customized content and advertising. You understand that your provider’s message and data rates may apply to confirmation and all subsequent SMS messages. To opt out of this service reply STOP to the SMS text message you have received. Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your name, address, cell phone number, your providers name, the date & time, and content of your messages. Opportunity Financial, LLC is not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
