To upload documents, Sign In to your OppLoans customer portal and click on the “Upload Documents” icon on your screen (it will be an arrow pointing upwards). From there, you will see “choose files” which will allow you to upload the document of your choice.

What are the requirements to refinance my loan?
In order to be eligible for a refinance, you must have paid at least 15% or $400 towards your current loan balance (whichever comes first) and you cannot be in a past due status. Sign In to see if you qualify for a refinance.

To check the details of your loan payments, log into your account here to view your loan agreement, your scheduled upcoming payments, past payments, and check your balance.
What if I can’t make an upcoming payment or I default on my account?

Can I refinance my personal loan?
